- CORES MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 Days of receipt of your item (Transmission, Valve Body, Torque converter).
- If ANY special arrangements are needed, please contact us. These special arrangements MUST be in writing, and must be made prior to purchase.
- Please allow up to 30 days for the core to be processed and core charge to be refunded.
- Credit Card fees ARE NOT REFUNDABLE
- Core charge refund will depend on the condition of the core. The core MUST be in a rebuildable condition.
