CORE POLICY
- CORES MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 Days of receipt of your item (Transmission, Valve Body).
- If ANY special arrangements are needed, please CONTACT US. These special arrangements MUST be in writing, and must be made prior to purchase.
- Please allow up to 30 days for the core to be processed and core charge to be refunded.
- Credit Card fees ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
- Core charge refund will depend on the condition of the core. The core MUST be in a rebuildable condition.
- **NOTE** The cost of any hard parts that are not usable will be deducted from the "CORE charge".
- **NOTE** If you send in your core for us to build and it requires replacement hard parts, we will provide a quote for the parts needed.
CORE CONDITION REQUIREMENTS
These requirements apply whether you send in your CORE for us to build, or you pay a CORE charge in advance.
What is a CORE? Complete transmission or valve body that will be the foundation of a NEW product.
- Core must be in a REBUILDABLE condition.
- Hard part damage will render the core NON-REBUILDABLE as returned. This will cause a loss of core value equal to the cost of the damaged hard parts.
- Transmission hard parts include, but are not limited to: Case, Bell Housing, input shaft, output shaft, planetary gear sets, etc.
- Valve body hard parts include, but are not limited to: valve body halves, solenoides, etc.
- In some rare cases, damaged valves and/or valve bores could render the valve body NON-REBUILDABLE.
