- Prepare Transmission for shipping
- Drain fluid
- Wipe down transmission to make sure NO fluid will drip during transit
- WE ONLY NEED THE TRANSMISSION. Please do NOT send any accessories
- Package Transmission appropriately for transit

- Pay freight charges
- *NOTE* BOL "Bill Of Lading" & ADDRESS LABEL WILL NOT BE SENT UNTIL FREIGHT CHARGES ARE PAID

- Check your E-mail for the BOL "Bill Of Lading" and "Address Label"
- Print Address label and affix to your transmission
- Print 2 copies of the BOL, One for your records and one for the truck driver
- MAKE SURE that the driver signs both copies and attaches a tracking number
- MAKE SURE that the Transmission is Packaged appropriately for transit

When shipping a transmission or any other item to SOUTHERN HOTROD LLC, please package it in such a fashion that it will not be damaged during transit.
Transmissions MUST be drained of all fluid. If a Transmission is not drained of fluid there will be a $100 fee applied.
SOUTHERN HOTROD LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT.
SOUTHERN HOTROD LLC DOES NOT HAVE ANY CONTROL OVER THE CLAIM PROCESS IF ANY DAMAGE SHOULD OCCUR.
SOUTHERN HOTROD LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT.
All SOUTHERN HOTROD LLC Transmissions are shipped to you in a custom heavy wall box with "FOAM IN PLACE" for the utmost protection.
