SOUTHERN HOTROD LLC RETURN POLICY
I. Return Eligibility & Timelines

30-Day Window: You may return eligible items within 30 days of the original delivery date. Returns will NOT be accepted under any circumstances if initiated past 30 days from the delivery date.
- TO QUALIFY FOR A RETURN THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS MUST BE MET: ITEMS MUST BE UNOPENED, UNUSED, AND FACTORY SEALED. ANY ITEM THAT HAS BEEN OPENED, UNSEALED, TEST FIT, USED AS A DIAGNOSTIC TOOL, OR INSTALLED FOR ANY REASON IS STRICTLY NON-RETURABLE.

Restocking Fee: All eligible, approved returns are subject to a strict 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Return Shipping: The buyer is 100% responsible for all return shipping costs, tracking, and insurance. SOUTHERN HOTROD LLC is NOT responsible for return shipments lost or damaged in transit.
II. Strict Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
- NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS WILL BE PERMITTED ON THE FOLLOWING UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
- Complete Transmissions: All complete transmission assemblies are final sale.
- Opened/Used Electronics: While unopened, factory-sealed electronic and electrical components may be returned within 30 days (subject to the 20% restocking fee), any electronic item that has had its packaging opened, seal broken, or has been plugged in/installed cannot be returned for any reason.
III. Credit Card Processing Fees

Non-Refundable Fees: Due to payment processor policy changes, credit card processing fees are non-refundable. In the event of an approved return or cancellation, the credit card processing fee charged at the time of purchase will NOT be refunded or credited back to the buyer.
IV. Mandatory Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

RMA Required: You must secure a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any item back to us. Any package sent to SOUTHERN HOTROD LLC without a clearly marked, valid RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender at their expense.
- RMA request MUST be in writing. RMA WILL NOT BE ISSUED VIA VERBALLY i.e. TELEPHONE

How to Initiate a Return: To request a return, you must contact us directly, in writing, with your original order number and specific details regarding the product you wish to return. If eligible, SOUTHERN HOTROD LLC will provide instructions and issue your RMA number.
