SOUTHERN HOTROD LLC explicitly limits this warranty to failures caused solely by a “DEFECT IN OUR WORKMANSHIP” for a period of 12 months. All performance transmissions and parts are sold strictly under the terms outlined below. ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY IS PROVIDED FOR ELECTRONICS AND/OR ELECTRICAL PARTS OF ANY KIND. I. Scope of Coverage SOUTHERN HOTROD LLC retains the exclusive right to inspect any claimed defect. If, and only if, SOUTHERN HOTROD LLC determines the failure is exclusively due to a "DEFECT IN OUR WORKMANSHIP", we will repair or replace the product at our sole discretion. This limited warranty is NOT an unconditional guarantee against part failures, operational hazards, or user abuse. II. Zero Liability for Associated Costs Under no circumstances will SOUTHERN HOTROD LLC be held liable for any adittional costs associated with a product failure. No Labor or Shipping: SOUTHERN HOTROD LLC expressly refuses coverage for removal, shipping, installation, diagnostics, downtime, or any other labor costs or allowances. No Collateral Damage: SOUTHERN HOTROD LLC does not cover any incidental, consequential, or secondary costs or damages. III. Installation and Modifications Installation of these products may void the manufacturer’s warranty coverage on your vehicle. SOUTHERN HOTROD LLC assumes absolutely no responsibility for vehicle damage or product failure resulting from improper installation. Any unauthorized modifications occasioned by installation—including, but not limited to, modifications to the transmission valve body—will immediately void this warranty. IV. Claims and Transferability Proof of Purchase: To initiate a warranty claim, the original buyer must provide a copy of the original invoice. Claims without original proof of purchase will be unconditionally denied. Strictly Non-Transferable: The terms of this warranty commence on the exact date the product is delivered to the original purchaser. This warranty is STRICTLY NON-TRANSFERABLE to any other party, individual, or subsequent vehicle owner. V. Disclaimer of Implied Warranties All other express or implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, are expressly disclaimed and completely excluded from any warranty provided by SOUTHERN HOTROD LLC.
